Factual corrections

We fix factual fields like your business name, address, phone number, website, hours, or services when you submit the correct information plus proof we can verify against, such as your website or your Google Business Profile. Once a correction is applied, it stays in place through future updates to our data.

Score disputes

A score dispute claims the underlying data is wrong: your profile was matched to the wrong business, reviews were attributed to you incorrectly, or a summary of what reviewers said is inaccurate. When you dispute, we re-check the sources and regenerate your listing. A dispute is not a request for a higher number; we don't hand-edit scores.

Removal requests

Listings are removed if your business is permanently closed, if the listing is a duplicate, or if you fall outside this directory's scope. Our monthly verification process also automatically detects and removes closed businesses. If your listing is accurate and in scope, we may decline a removal request, and we will tell you why plainly.

How fast we respond

Every request gets a reply within 5 business days. Removals that are approved go into effect within 7 days. Requests we can't grant come back with an explanation.
