About this directory

What this directory is

Naples Pool Contractor Guide lists and ranks 200 swimming pool contractor businesses serving the Naples area, covering new pool construction, resurfacing, equipment repair, and routine service and maintenance. It’s built for homeowners who want to compare local contractors in one place before picking up the phone: pool depth of experience, how a company handles its public reputation over time, and what’s publicly on record about how it operates.

This is an independent resource, not a mouthpiece for any single contractor. No business can buy a better spot on this list.

Where the information comes from

Every listing starts with public business data: licensing and registration details, service areas, years in operation, and similar facts that are already a matter of public record. We also synthesize patterns from recent Google reviews to get a sense of how a contractor is actually performing in the field. We do not copy or republish review text. Instead, we link out to each business’s Google listing so you can read reviews yourself, in full context, straight from the source.

If a contractor spots an error in their own business facts, such as an outdated phone number, wrong service area, or a defunct address, they can request a correction. What they cannot do is edit their own score, their sentiment summary, or where they land in the ranking. That part stays independent of the business being reviewed.

How rankings are built

Every ranking comes from a published rubric applied consistently across all 200 listings. It’s data in, score out, no exceptions and no manual overrides for a fee. If you want the full breakdown of what’s measured and how it’s weighted, see our /methodology/ page.

Nadia Nathan, Editorial Director, oversees the ranking process and keeps the rubric applied fairly across every listing on the site.

Some pages may include a placement clearly labeled “Sponsored.” These are always shown separately from the earned rankings, never blended into them, and never allowed to bump a contractor’s actual score or position. If you see a Sponsored tag, that’s paid placement. Everything else on the ranking is earned.

Enquiries and referrals

Naples Pool Contractor Guide is an independent directory and comparison resource. We also generate enquiries for local providers: when you ask to be matched, we pass your request along to providers relevant to your request, and we may receive a referral fee for doing so. That arrangement is disclosed on the quote page, and it never touches scores or earned rankings. A contractor paying for referrals doesn’t rank higher because of it.

Who’s behind it, and staying current

This directory is published by Lovepixel Agency. Christian Mauerer runs Lovepixel Agency, a local marketing business based in Naples, and built this directory to help homeowners find contractors they can trust, sourced from public records and published reviews rather than sales pitches. Data refreshes monthly, and each listing carries a “last verified” stamp so you can see it’s actively maintained rather than left to go stale.

FAQ

Can a contractor pay to rank higher?
No. Rankings come from a published rubric applied to public data and review patterns. Sponsored placements are labeled separately and never change a contractor's earned score or position.
Do you post the actual text of Google reviews?
No. We synthesize patterns from recent reviews and link directly to each business's Google listing so you can read the original reviews yourself.
Can a business correct its listing?
Yes, for factual details like contact information or service area. They cannot change their score, sentiment summary, or ranking position.
How often is the directory updated?
Data refreshes monthly, and each listing shows a last verified date so you can see when it was last checked.
What happens if I request a quote through the site?
We pass your enquiry to providers relevant to your request and may earn a referral fee, which is disclosed on the quote page. This never affects rankings.
